(allow extra time for PO box address), 2-3 business days regional (B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba), 6-7 business days Canada-wide, 7-14 business days in US, and 14+ business days for international shipping. We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100 in product value. Shipments outside Canada are subject to duty fees.

Cranbrook address - An FY&H representative will deliver your order within 5-6 kilometers from Canada Post near Rotary Park for local delivery.

• Flat rate of $19.95 Canada-wide (6-7 days).

• Priority shipping will cost $34.95 Canada-wide (We deliver to every residential and business address in Canada within 1-2 business days between major urban cities).

• USA flat rate of $12.85. Free shipping on orders over $140.00 in product value.

• International flat rate of $28.75 + $2.00 handling fee. Free shipping on orders over $150.00 in product value.
